Linda Rush began her career in recruiting with a New Jersey-based firm, placing mid-level and senior-level management professionals in retail, finance, operations, engineering, communications, human resources, and construction positions. In 1986 she established Rayson & Rush Associates to provide research and recruitment services for corporations and the executive search industry.
